Asbestos

We specialize in asbestos testing and consulting. We perform comprehensive inspections to accommodate renovation and demolition activities. If asbestos is identified we make the process simple and easy for our client, coordinating with contractors and assisting with the bidding process for your project. We also perform air sampling by a Colorado State certified Air monitoring Specialist after abatement has taken place on your project. We are also certified to read our own PCM air samples on site of your project to expedite turnaround time.

 

Microbial Inspections and sampling

DEC has experience with hundred of mold inspections. We bring an experienced, comprehensive approach. We use a combination of property history, visual inspection, moisture mapping and air sampling sampling to perform the survey. Large scale water related restoration projects have added to our experience in the area.

 

Lead Based Paint

We perform LBP inspections in accordance with Colorado Regulation 19 and the EPA RRP Regulation

Natural Disaster Relief Efforts

DEC has over a decade in hurricane and flooding owork. DEC has had experience with relief efforts in New York City Hospitals due to water damage from Hurricane Sandy. DEC also has helped relief efforts in Florida and the Florida keys from hurricane Irma Including Hotels and government facilities.
